Prospective Students

I am currently recruiting graduate (Master’s or Doctoral) students interested in conducting research on methods for assuring safety- or security-critical systems, including methods that depend on the use of artificial intelligence. If you are interested in working together, please:

  1. Read the information below about gaining admission to the University of Victoria; and
  2. Read the directions below about contacting me.

1) Admission to the University of Victoria (UVic)

To study with me as a graduate student, you will need to be admitted to the Department of Computer Science’s graduate program at the University of Victoria. You can read more about admission requirements on the department website and on the University’s admission website.

International students must also have the appropriate visas in place to study in Canada. For more information, please visit the Government of Canada’s website and UVic’s website.

The admissions process for graduate students is primarily handled by the university. If you are interested in studying with me, it is best to contact me in advance (or in parallel) while preparing your application.

2) Contacting Me
